Kiss & Tell has a new venue!
Coco 66, which used to be a doll factory, then a chocolate factory, is now luring disco dollies to a life of vice. This local Greenpoint venue has delicious bar food, cheap drinks, billiards, foosball, and a pumping sound system. They even have a fancy restaurant (68) next door, if you want to wine and dine your date before the party (hint hint, fellas).

On March 19th, travel to Paris with DJs Melody Nelson and Peter Gunn, the two foremost authorities on French music in NYC. Ye Ye Girls and Boys are invited to Coco66 for a sultry night of sexy French pop, a sexy set from resident disco expert Bethany Benzur, and don't forget a special closing set by Lee Curtiss.

Kiss & Tell Guest DJ: Lee Curtiss
A Western Michigan native and long-time Detroit resident, Lee Curtiss has been forging his unique, avant-garde and primal brand of deep and twisted dance music since the late 1990’s. In the last several years Lee’s live PA has been in increasing demand, taking him to premier European venues like Fabric (London), Rex Club (Paris), Cityfox (Zurich) and Club Dervisionaere (Berlin), while also been a regular fixture for New York’s Wolf + Lamb collective, Mutek (Montreal) and Movement Festival in Detroit. A favorite of some of the most exciting producers and Djs today.

Kiss & Tell Guest DJ: Melody Nelson hosts La Decadanse, a french pop show featuring all things ye-ye, oldies, chanteuses, 70's party jams, 80's pop and everything in between... And of course, lots of Serge Gainsbourg!

Listen to her amazing radio show and fall in love with her here:

Kiss & Tell Guest DJ: Peter Gunn wowed us with his amazing French Canadian 45s the last time he played Kiss & Tell. So we are welcoming him back for another fun night of very rare and catchy hits. In between playing grime, dubstep, and dancehall with DJ crew Pure Fire and shooting off his mouth on Viva Radio, Peter Gunn also writes a French music blog called Tete Carre (recently featured on Radio Canada ) about French and Quebecois music of the 60's and 70's. Expect hidden gems and floorshakers from both sides of the Atlantic.

Kiss & Tell Resident DJ: Bethany Benzur
Bethany Benzur is our resident disco encyclopedia and vinyl purist from Georgia. Recently emigrating to the Big Apple, Bethany has been ruling the dancefloor at Kiss & Tell parties with her Southern charm. The DJ nerds are regularly awed by her selections, and she joins us each month to warm you up with her mix of raunchy electro, glamorous dark disco, and soulful street funk. She is sometimes joined behind the decks by her husband (and italo disco nerd) Gabe.

Kiss & Tell Hostess: Deanna Asta
Deanna Asta met Seze, her fellow lady of the nightlife, a few years ago at The Bunker and they bonded instantly. Seze asked Deanna to help co-host Kiss & Tell once it moved to Rose Bar and she happily obliged. Deanna always shows up to Kiss & Tell with a bag full of tricks. She is our decorating goddess and makes sure everyone at the party is looking great and having a good time. She somehow convinced every guest to wear fake moustaches at the French pop party, and she dragged a vintage Nordic Track machine to the aerobics party! She holds a degree in design and over the years she has art directed/managed many design events and parties in NYC through her previous employment with When she's not enjoying the nightlife she's busy earning her second degree in Psychiatric Nursing.

Kiss & Tell Hostess, Photographer, Designer: Seze Devres
Seze Devres started Kiss & Tell as an extention of her raunchy knitting circle at Trash Bar in Williamsburg on December 7, 2005. Only a few people showed up to her party. However wiith a lot of help, support, and encouragement from her friends the party has become its own little beast. When she is is not dreaming up crazy themes and guests for Kiss & Tell she is a full time artist, photographer, designer and curator.
